These terms are provided in English.
What the service is
TRAVELANNER produces a personalised, day-by-day travel plan for South Korea. It is a planning and information service. It is not a travel agency, tour operator or booking platform.
What the service does not include
We do not book or reserve flights, accommodation, trains, tickets, tours, restaurants or transport passes, and we do not arrange visas, insurance or entry requirements. Nothing in an itinerary constitutes a reservation or a guarantee of availability.
Price and payment
The Personalized Travel Plan costs $5 USD, the Korea Essentials plan costs $8 USD and the Personalized Plus plan costs $12 USD, each paid once per order (one-time payment, no subscription) and each personalised to your travel dates, interests, budget and preferences. Payment is made by international bank transfer and verified manually by the operator. Your itinerary is prepared only after your payment is confirmed — no itinerary is produced for an unverified payment. Any currency conversion or transfer fee charged by your own bank is your responsibility and is not included in the price.
Order statuses
An order moves through: Pending payment, Payment verification, Paid, Generating, Completed. It may be Cancelled by the operator — for example if a transfer cannot be matched — in which case any confirmed payment is returned.
Accuracy and estimates
Itineraries are built from our own knowledge of Korea and, for drafting, an AI model. Costs are estimates. Opening hours, timetables, ticket prices and seasonal closures change without notice: always confirm locally before travelling. We aim to avoid places that conflict with the dietary, allergy or accessibility needs you tell us about, but venues change their menus and premises, so please verify anything critical.
Revisions
If your itinerary does not match what you asked for, tell us within 7 days of delivery and we will revise it once at no additional cost.
Your responsibilities
Give accurate information in the questionnaire, make sure you hold valid travel documents and insurance, and check official government travel advice for your nationality before you travel.
Liability
We provide travel planning advice in good faith. We are not responsible for decisions you take while travelling, for third-party services you purchase, or for changes made by venues, transport operators or authorities.
