What we collect
When you order an itinerary we collect your name, your email address, and the travel preferences you enter in the questionnaire: dates, destinations, number of travellers, accommodation area, interests, travel pace, budget range, food preferences, allergies, dietary restrictions, accessibility needs, any extra requests, and the language you want your itinerary in. If you use the contact form we collect your name, email address, subject and message.
Why we collect it
Only to produce your itinerary, to verify your payment, to answer your messages and to keep the record of your order. We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for advertising.
What we never ask for
We never ask for passport details, identity documents, card numbers or bank credentials. Payment is made by transfer from your own bank; we only see the reference you give us in the transfer description.
Where your data lives and who sees it
Your order is stored in the application database and is readable only by the service operator. Your itinerary is shown to you on your order page after you enter your order reference together with the email address you used. Drafting an itinerary involves sending your travel preferences to an AI model; the result is then reviewed by a person before delivery.
Keeping it minimal
Please do not include sensitive medical details or identity numbers in the free-text fields. Describe what matters for the trip ("severe nut allergy", "cannot manage long staircases") and nothing more.
Retention and your choices
Orders are kept while the service operates so we can revise an itinerary on request. You can ask us to delete your order and the personal details on it at any time, and we will remove them unless we are required to keep a record for accounting purposes.
Cookies and local storage
The site stores your language choice and the reference of your most recent order in your own browser so you do not have to re-enter them. No advertising or tracking cookies are used.
